The construction of the new residential area in Buzmeyin etrap is carried out comprehensively.
As part of the second phase of housing development in Buzmeyin etrap of Turkmenistan’s capital of Ashgabat, 24 four-storey residential buildings will be commissioned this year. Several hundred families will move to 2-3-room apartments in that buildings, the country’s official media reported on Friday.
The construction of the new residential area in Buzmeyin etrap is carried out comprehensively. The new residential area will include sports grounds, children's playgrounds and temporary parking lots. A comprehensive school for 600 students has already been built. A kindergarten to accommodate 160 kids will be built within the second phase.
The construction of apartment buildings in Buzmeyin etrap will not be limited to the second phase. The residential area will be expanded by building another 30 residential buildings along Senagat Street. The construction of the residential buildings in the etrap is carried out upon the order of the Ashgabat Khyakimlik (Administration).
Demirbetonönümleri Production Association has already erected 20 32-apartment residential buildings within the first phase of housing development along Senagat Street.
