Maksada Okgunly Aims to Expand Assortment of Its Turkey Delicacies
Maksada Okgunly IE is the first company in Turkmenistan specializing in the industrial production of turkey meat.
Maksada Okgunly Individual Enterprise plans to expand its assortment of turkey delicacies to 57 products, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) reported on Wednesday.
The company’s private poultry farm, located on 23 hectares of land in Ahal velayat’s Gokdepe etrap, presently produces more than 4,800 tons of finished turkey meat products annually.
The territory of the enterprise is divided into four zones. The zones consist of incubators, turkey houses, veterinary premises and planting areas for growing special feed.
The poultry farm is installed equipped with machinery from Belgian, German, French and Turkish manufacturers and presently employs 350 people.
Founded in 2015, the Maksada Okgunly IE is the first company in Turkmenistan specializing in the industrial production of turkey meat. The company's products are sold in all major supermarkets in Turkmenistan.
The company’s plans include opening of its own chain of stores selling fresh turkey meat and export of Turkmen turkey delicacies.
