The enterprise of entrepreneur Halmyrat Mameteminov in Turkmenistan’s capital of Ashgabat produces about 150 kilograms of ice cream under the Ak Gaýmak brand daily, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.
The assortment of Ak gaýmak's products includes 15 varieties of ice cream, as well as cakes made from it. In addition to traditional ice cream flavors such as chocolate, pistachio, strawberry and peach, the entrepreneur also sells also unusual varieties such as dark ice cream.
The entrepreneur sells his goods only in his outlet stores, also called café stores. He currently has three retail outlets and branded stores.
Entrepreneur Halmyrat Mameteminov plans to expand production in the future, primarily start farming. To this end, the entrepreneur plans to lease a plot of land. He also aims to launch ice cream delivery service.
