Senagat bank, one of the leading commercial banks in Turkmenistan.

The opening ceremonies of new headquarters of the Türkmenbaşy State Commercial Bank and the Senagat Joint-Stock Commercial Bank were held on Monday in Ashgabat, with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The new bank buildings erected by the French company Bouygues Batiment International are located in the southern part of Ashgabat along Chandybil Avenue, the country’s official media reports.

The opening ceremony was also attended by the Chairman of the Mejlis, deputy chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of military and law enforcement agencies, ministries and departments, public organizations, and mass media.

The total area of the Türkmenbaşy bank’s new headquarters is over 17 thousand square meters. The first and second floors of the building house operating rooms, a depository, cash registers, a meeting room, a dining room and other rooms for different purposes.

Complete equipment of workplaces with the latest computer equipment allows specialists to simultaneously receive more than 250 clients and provided them with financial services, according to the report.

The total area of the Senagat JSCB’s new headquarters is over 16 thousand square meters. The new building is 76.5 meters high and 35.5 meters wide.

Senagat bank, one of the leading commercial banks in Turkmenistan, operates 13 branches in the country.
