Turkmenistan’s Demirbetonönümleri to Build 32-Residential Buildings in Buzmeyin Etrap
Last year, twenty large-panel residential buildings were constructed in Buzmeyin etrap.
Demirbetonönümleri enterprise will carry out the construction of the second phase of housing development in Buzmeyin etrap of Ashgabat, building fifteen 32-residential buildings along Senagat Street, Turkmenistan’s Golden Age news outlet reported on Thursday.
The construction of the new residential area in Buzmeyin etrap is carried out comprehensively. The new residential area will include sports grounds, children's playgrounds, temporary parking lots, a school and a kindergarten to accommodate 160 kids.
Following the second phase, additional 13 residential buildings will be erected, which will double the etrap’s housing estate compared to last year.
Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan ordered the construction of the properties.
Last year, twenty large-panel residential buildings were constructed in Buzmeyin etrap. 640 families became owners of comfortable 2-3-room apartments. Seven more four-storey residential buildings with 224 apartments were built along Ahal Street in the etrap.
