The factory has produced over 1,220 tons of cotton yarn since the beginning of this year.
The Serdar cotton-spinning mill, located in the administrative center of Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz velayat, has produced over 400 tons of cotton wool products since the beginning of this year, achieving a growth rate of 145%.
According to Türkmenistan newspaper’s Monday issue, the factory produced over 1,220 tons of cotton yarn, which is in high demand all over the world, during the period. High quality products that meet international standards are a competitive product both in the local and foreign markets.
The facility has been completely re-equipped with the latest technology. The production workshops are equipped with advanced cotton spinning machinery.
In 2020, the mill launched the production of cotton wool from textile materials.
The Serdar mill is one of the first cotton-spinning enterprises of the domestic textile industry, built during the years of independence.
