Mebato branded shirts are produced from a 100% cotton fabric and a mixed fabric consisting of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
Toýly Anna Individual Enterprise, located in the city of Bayramali of Turkmenistan’s Mary velayat, has launched the production of men's shirts under the Mebato brand.
In an interview with the Business Turkmenistan, the head of the Sales Department of the company Yagmyr Hanov said the modern Italian and Turkish sewing machines installed at the enterprise allow production of 2,000 shirts daily.
“Our company works together with Turkish businesses. There are 4 workshops at the enterprise, in which, along with shirts, trousers, children's clothes and men's undergarments are produced,” Hanov told Business Turkmenistan, adding that the company also has the capacity to produce custom made products for organizations and enterprises.
The company obtains raw materials necessary for production from the domestic Ruhabat Textile Complex and Turkey. Shirts are produced from a 100% cotton fabric and a mixed fabric consisting of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
The company plans in the future to launch processing of raw cotton and to establish the production of autumn and winter clothes. The company also aims to export its products to the CIS countries, Europe and the USA.
Founded in 2017, the Toýly Anna Individual Enterprise currently employs over 150 specialists. The enterprise aims to expand its workforce in the future.
