The total area of Gül Zemin Shopping and Entertainment Center’s three-storey building is 43,560 square meters.

New Gül Zemin Shopping and Entertainment Center opened at the intersection of Mahtumkuli Avenue and Taslama Street in Ashgabat on Tuesday. The shopping center was constructed by Altyn Economic Society, TDH news agency reports.

The new shopping and entertainment center is located on an area of 3.8 hectares. The total area of its three-storey building is 43,560 square meters.

In addition to many retail outlets, the Gül Zemin Shopping and Entertainment Center has a catering establishment, two halls for weddings and other celebrations for 800 and 400 seats, restaurants for 200 and 100 seats, and five cafeterias.

The first floor of the shopping center includes a retail market covering over 15 thousand square meters. A market and 65 stores, providing customers with quality goods and a high level of service, have been equipped by the modern standards.

The third floor is occupied by a recreation and entertainment area with two cinema halls for 90 spectator seats each and various kinds of attractions that can simultaneously accommodate 300 children. There are four playgrounds for the smallest visitors.

The center is equipped with modern technical equipment, including 10 comfortable elevators and 6 escalators.
