The enterprise established by Babasadyk Churiyev, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, gathers between 1 to 1.5 tons of fresh champignon mushrooms every day, according to information published in the newspaper Rysgal on Monday.
Located on the territory of the Uzumchilik agricultural association in the Gokdepe district of the Ahal velayat, the greenhouse complex occupies 3 hectares of the 6 hectares allocated by the government.
The fresh mushrooms, known for their ecological cleanliness and excellent taste, regularly reach retail outlets and supermarkets across the country. These products enjoy popularity due to their versatility in preparing various snacks and dishes.
In Turkmenistan, decorating the table with diverse dishes represents one of the best traditions, symbolizing prosperity and well-being.
Babasadyk Churiyev emphasizes that the enterprise strives to keep the products affordable for customers. The team focuses on quality and production efficiency, which reflects the successes of the cohesive team at the complex.
In addition to cultivating champignons, the enterprise produces compost, the main raw material for mushroom farming. This compost satisfies both the complex's own needs and those of other local entrepreneurs.
The Tokaýçy brand has already gained recognition for its high quality and compliance with international standards. Today, fresh mushrooms under this brand export to Uzbekistan, highlighting the competitiveness of Turkmen goods in the external market.
