Five leading Dutch companies in greenhouse management, cooling systems, and seed potato cultivation explored partnership opportunities with Turkmen agricultural businesses. The trade mission, organized by East West Trade & Consulting under the leadership of former Dutch ambassador Peter van Leeuwen, operated in Turkmenistan from December 2 to 6, as reported by a Dutch industry portal on Thursday.
The delegation included representatives from Agrotech Didam, Dalsem, Geerlofs, HZPC, and Kubo.
With support from the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Brussels, the delegation conducted a busy business program. Dutch specialists visited greenhouse complexes near Ashgabat, where they learned about the cultivation of tomatoes, strawberries, and bananas.
