Abraýly Dostlar Individual Enterprise launched the production of polypropylene multifilament yarn in Turkmenistan.
The factory produces high-quality yarns in a variety of colors and shapes using raw materials from the Kiyanli polymer plant in western Turkmenistan. The company utilizes best-in-class equipment of Austria-based SML company in production. The products undergo regular quality control in the company’s own laboratory using Germany’s ZwickRoell equipment and in independent QC Companies.
POLYYARN branded polypropylene yarn is produced on machinery with four stretching and winding modules. Due to modern production technology, the company obtains high-quality yarns with high density at high production speeds. High production speeds does not harm the quality of products.
The produced yarns are in 150-6000 denier range and their tenacity is 6.8-7.5 g/denier. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 140001, ISO 45001 certified and its products conform to European quality.
Multifilament yarns are used in production of webbings and nets, seatbelts, plastic pipes, braided ropes and slings, filtration fabrics, carpets, bags and FIBCs.
The company aims for long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with its business partners and intends to launch export of its products to foreign markets. The company presently exports yarns to Turkey and is negotiating the supply of its products to European countries.
The company’s 1,700-square-meter factory is located at industrial zone in Ahal velayat’s Ak Bugday etrap.
