Plans are currently underway to construct new modern warehouses for storing mineral fertilizers in the Lebap and Mary provinces of Turkmenistan.

During a recent online government meeting on Friday, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Construction and Industrial Complex, Baymyrat Annamammedov announced that special warehouse facilities are needed to store mineral fertilizers and prevent them from spoiling in accordance with the requirements, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media.

In this regard, it was noted during the meeting that it would be advisable to build new modern warehouses for storing mineral fertilizers in several districts of the Lebap and Mary provinces.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of timely provision of mineral fertilizers to the country's agricultural producers and instructed the Vice Prime Minister to ensure the implementation of relevant construction works for the warehouses for storing mineral fertilizers by the Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern in the Lebap and Mary provinces.

During the government meeting, important issues related to the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan were discussed.
