Your professionalism and rich political experience will contribute to the further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation," emphasized the Head of Turkmenistan.
"It is gratifying to note the high level of Turkmen-Russian bilateral relations, vividly reflecting the fruitful partnership and close interaction between our countries across a wide range of areas. The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential elections.

During the conversation, the Head of State personally and on behalf of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, sincerely congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the recent presidential elections of the Russian Federation.
According to TASS with the reference to the Central Election Commission of Russia, the Russian presidential elections took place from March 15 to 17 this year, and the incumbent President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, won the presidential elections, garnering 87.28 percent of the votes.
