Turkmen company Kökçi has exported 11.4 thousand vehicle batteries, nearly half of its output since the beginning of this year, to Afghanistan.
During the period, the company, jointly with Turkmenabat Chemical Plant located in Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap, has produced 23.5 thousand vehicle batteries, the country’s official media reports.
It produces 7 types of batteries with a capacity of 60, 65, 75, 90, 100, 190 and 200 amp-hours. The products are designed for cars and trucks.
The Turkmen company obtains the necessary raw materials for production by recycling old vehicle batteries.
