Bagtyýar Gurluşyk, the Turkmen producer of polypropylene yarn, has managed to enter international markets in a short span of time. To date, the company has exported around 600 tons of polypropylene yarn.
The company has shipped its products to Turkey, Russia and Uzbekistan, the press service of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan said on Friday.
The company purchases raw materials for the production from local enterprises, namely from the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries and the Kiyanly polymer plant.
Founded in 2020, Bagtyýar Gurluşyk is located in the industrial zone of Ak Bugday etrap in Ahal velayat. The products it offers fully comply with high international standards, according to the company’s representative.
Polypropylene yarns are widely used to make carpets and floor coverings. Carpets made of polypropylene yarns are distinguished by their durability, wear resistance and environmental friendliness.
